CUET 2024: On 26 December 2023 CUET PG 2024 application form will be released, The last date of CUET PG Application form is 24 January 2024. CUET stands for the Common University Entrance Test; the CUET 2024 exam will be conducted by NTA to provide admission to multiple central universities. UGC has announced that all the central universities must allot admission to students based on their scores in the CUET 2024 exam. CUET 2024 Registration Date

CUET Full Form is the Central Universities Entrance Test, The CUET 2024 exam scores will be considered in the admission process for UG courses in multiple universities like DU, JMI, AMU, BHU, Central University of Haryana, etc. All these universities will release the cut-off list for admission to the respective subjects, and based on that list, the students will be allotted admission. 

JNU CUET Entrance 2024

JNU Admission 2024-25 will be done through the CUET Entrance Exam as per the official notification. CUET is an Online Test organized by NTA. CUET JNU Entrance Examination at various centers of the country for the UG program. 

DU CUET Admission 2024-25

As per the new notification, Delhi University Admission for Undergraduate courses is done through the DU CUET 2024 Exam. DU offers multiple UG courses in arts, commerce, science, and management. DU Admission is based on the CUET Exam score. Delhi University also announced that for those students who are interested in certificate courses, the CUET examination does not apply to them.

The registration portal for CUET 2024 will be started for registration on 01 January 2024. Interested candidates can fill out the application form at www.cuet.samarth.ac.in. The CUET 2024 schedule for undergraduate students has been decided by UGC chairman and NTA, and the latest schedule is provided below. Common University Entrance Test (formerly known as CUCET) is an all-India test conducted by the National Testing Agency for admission to various undergraduate (UG), integrated, postgraduate (PG), diploma, certification, and research programs offered by 45 central universities in India. CUET 2024 registration last date is 30 march 2024.

CUET PG Registration

24 January 2024 is the last date for Registration CUET PG 2024, Candidate fill out the application PG Form before the last date. NTA has been mandated by the Ministry of Education and UGC to conduct the CUET for admission into Postgraduate Programmes in Central and other participating Universities / Institutions / Organizations / Autonomous Colleges. CUET PG will provide a single window opportunity to students seeking admission in the Central Universities or other participating organizations (including State Universities, Deemed, and Private Universities) across the Country. Candidates who are desirous of applying for the exam may go through the Information Bulletin and apply online at https://pgcuet.samarth.ac.in only during the period from 26.12.2023 to 24.01.2024 and also pay the applicable fee online through the payment gateway using Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, UPI.

CUET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

There are no age restrictions for candidates appearing in the CUET (UG) – 2024. Any individual who has passed or is appearing for the 12th grade or equivalent exam in 2024, regardless of their age, is eligible to take the CUET (UG) – 2024 exam. However, candidates must fulfill the age requirements of the University/Institution/Organization they wish to join for admission.

CUET 2024 Admit Card

Candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria and submitted the application fee will receive their CUET 2024 e-Admit Card provisionally through the NTA website: https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/. It is the candidate’s responsibility to download and review the Admit Card to verify the exam date, center, and shift/timing. No candidate will be allowed to appear in the exam other than the allotted date and shift/timing. In the event of any discrepancy in the CUET Admit Card, candidates should immediately notify the NTA Help Line and follow the instructions carefully during the examination. In case of technical difficulties in downloading the Admit Card, candidates may contact the NTA Help Line. The Admit Card download date will be announced on the NTA website.

CUET 2024 Examination

1. The examination will take place across multiple days and three shifts per day.
2. While each shift may include multiple tests, each test is independent and distinct from the others.
3. Candidates have the option to choose which components of the test to take, but the allotted shift will depend on technical and administrative considerations.
4. CUET Admit Card will be issued for each shift based on the candidate’s component choices, and no requests for changing the date or shift will be entertained.
5. All shifts will begin at a specific time, and candidates must report for their designated slot according to their Admit Card.

Note: Compensatory time for PwBD Candidates, who are eligible for Scribe (whether such candidate uses the facility of Scribe or not) 20 minutes for each hour examination will be extended as per Govt. Guidelines. Such extra time will be extended test wise and not in the aggregate duration of the morning/afternoon slot.

CUET 2024 Exam Pattern

The CUET 2024 exam will be conducted by the NTA in 3 sections so that the students can opt for the best one for them. All the 3 sections are explained below:

• Section 1

In this section, a total of 13 languages will be covered by the NTA, and the students will get the option of choosing the best language in which they can attempt their exams. In the exam, students will get 50 marks for the written exam and 40 marks for reading comprehension.

• Section 2

In Section 2, students will be provided with the option of selecting the language of their preference from a total of 27 languages. The pattern for the exam will be MCQ-based questions based on the syllabus of the 12th class according to NCERT.

• Section 3

This section will comprise of 75 questions, out of which the students have to attempt a minimum of 60 questions. The questions will be asked in the form of MCQs and will test the mental ability, general knowledge, and numerical ability of the student.

CUET 2024 Answer Key

The NTA will display the recorded responses and Question Paper attempted by the candidates on the NTA website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/ prior to the declaration of the result/NTA Score. The recorded responses are likely to be displayed for two to three days.

1. The NTA will publish the Provisional Answer Key on the official website (https://cuet.samarth.ac.in/) with a Public Notice, giving candidates a chance to challenge the answers by paying a non-refundable processing charge of ₹ 200/- per question.
2. The Provisional Answer Keys will be available for two to three days, and only paid challenges made during the stipulated time through the key challenge link will be considered. Challenges without justification or evidence, or filed on any other medium besides the prescribed link, will not be accepted.
3. The NTA’s decision on the challenges will be final, and no further communication will be entertained. After the experts examine all challenges, a final answer key will be published, and the results will be based on this key. No complaints about the answer key will be entertained after the declaration of results or NTA Score of CUET (UG) – 2024.

CUET 2024 Application Process

The application process for admission to CUET 2024 is started by the NTA, and the last date for CUET 2024 registration is 30 March 2024. The elaborated process for CUET 2024 registration is listed below:

• Aspirants for the CUET 2024 exam have to visit the official website of NTAto fillg the application form – cuet.samarth.ac.in.
• The applicants will have to first register by filling out the form. In the registration form, they will be required to mention their names, parental information, etc. Once filled, click on the “submit” button for the next step.
• The applicant will receive a registration ID and password that they have to use for logging in to fill out the application form.
• Fill in all the information that is marked as mandatory on the form. Upload all the documents carefully. A scanned image and signature should also be uploaded by the applicant.
• Pay the CUET 2024 registration fee by either using your debit/credit card or by the e-challan method.
• Download the confirmation details for the CUET 2024 form submission.

When is the CUET 2024 exam?

The CUET 2024 exam will be held from 15 May to 31 May 2024. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official exam schedule for CUET UG 2024 on its website. The exam will be conducted in online mode (Computer Based Test).
